Billy Caudill: Founder and CEO
Mr. Caudill, founder of DCSI, has devoted his entire career to the Communications Industry. With over 30 years in the telephone and cable industry, Mr. Caudill has successfully started and managed several public and private Telecommunications companies since beginning his career in the Central Office division of GTE. Mr. Caudill established Able Telecom (Able); a holding company consisting of approximately 10 subsidiaries which provided diversified telecommunications services throughout Latin America and the United States, including the construction of Broadband Networks, Central Office Installations and Network Integration. Able became publicly traded on NASDAQ-NMS, trading at over $20 per share and continued revenue growth that exceeded $400,000,000. Following his departure from Able Telecom, Mr. Caudill began consulting for several private telecommunication companies. In 2009 Mr. Caudill was a co-founder and major stockholder of Genesis Group Holdings Inc., which later became InterCloud Systems.
Mr. Caudill resigned from Genesis Group Holdings in 2012 and founded Digital Comm Services Inc., a private diversified telecommunications company.
K.L. Chip Wiltse: Chief Operations Executive
As the youngest Director ever appointed by AT&T, Mr Wiltse was a key member and project manager of a $1 Billion telephony infrastructure project in Saudi Arabia, AT&T’s largest international award. As President, he grew the largest division of a public fiber network installation and maintenance company from $30 million to $350 million. An invitation from Verizon resulted in Mr. Wiltse forming a company in the Tampa Bay area that built FIOS networks. Due to his knowledge and skills, this company grew from $0 to $70 Million in annual sales. His proven track record, international experience, strategic partnerships, and extensive operations skills bring excellence to the Digital Communications Services Inc. executive team.
Tony Silva: Executive Vice President
Vietnam veteran, Tony Silva, began his lifelong career in telecommunications in 1967. The University of South Florida alumni has been employed worldwide, working in the United States, Asia, Europe, the Caribbean, Central America, and Africa. During his extensive career he has operated as an OSP Senior Project Engineer, Cable Splicer (fiber and copper), Pole Lineman, COE Engineer/Installer, I&R Technician, and as a Key/PABX Installer/Technician. Performing these duties has provided Mr. Silva with a comprehensive understanding of the telecommunications industry.
R. Alan Wyatt: VP of Operations Southwest Division
As an aggressive Owner, Director of Operations, and Project Manager, Mr. Wyatt has served an integral role of a 35+ year successful operation. His role resulted in the steady growth and profitability of his company throughout over years. During his lengthy career, Mr. Wyatt has built and maintained numerous business relationships that include Verizon, the Department of Defense, General Dynamics, and multiple air bases throughout the United States and abroad. Mr. Wyatt has the ability to establish and maintain new business via a strong business plan and ethic. He has the resources through networking and referrals from working and managing all areas of the telecommunications industry.
Harry R. Walls: VP of Sales
For more than 20 years, Mr. Walls has served the telecommunications industry through many facets including Global Sales, Marketing, Business Development, as well as Executive Management roles. He has served a vast variety of markets, including but not limited to: Corporate and Sporting Events, Wireless/Mobile, VoIP Telecom, DAS and Small Cell, Unified Communications and Collaboration, Healthcare and Manufacturing Markets.
As President of the U.S. Office of Spectel Corporation, and Ireland-based Unified Communications company, Mr. Walls was instrumental in the start-up and growth of the business. With his efforts, Spectel Corpoation was able to grow from zero dollars in revenue to over $40 million. Spectel Corporation was later acquired by Avaya. Mr. Walls has held many positions throughout his career including President of AC T Corporation, now PGi, Executive Vice President of Forum Communications, Chief Operating Officer at QualMark Corporation, and Corporate Vice President of ConferTech International. Mr. Walls is globally connected and recognized due to his achievements and success. Managing multiple sales, marketing, and business development teams throughout the world has provided him invaluable experience and knowledge.
Ganam Dodson: VP of Operations
Mr. Dodson, a BISCI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), has held positions at Bechtel as a Senior Engineer 3, as well as a Design Engineer RCDD/Site Project Manager at AT&T. Both domestically and internationally, Mr. Dodson has been designing communication systems for various facilities. Major projects completed by Mr. Dodson include the Hamad International Airport, Doha, Qatar (Formerly known as New Doha International Airport (NDIA), MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas, NV, Ford Aerospace in Colorado Springs, CO, and the UCLA Medical Center in Westwood, CA. Perfecting his skill and expanding his knowledge has always been of great importance to Mr. Dodson, which is proven by more than 20 telecommunication certifications and professional accreditations.
Christina Moore: VP of Corporate Development
Ms. Moore, a graduate of the University of Kentucky, began her career in telecommunications over 6 years ago at Genesis Group Holdings, Inc. Ms. Moore departed from Genesis with Mr. Billy Caudill to develop Digital Comm Services Inc. She develops the marketing, communication and business development efforts of the firm. In addition to strategic development efforts, she directs media relations, branding, advertising and website development. Her role was vital in the development of the DCSI Training Division located in Lexington, KY. Prior to joining DCSI she designed an Intranet-based company-wide training system, which is still in use at Western-Southern Financial Group.
